Refund policy

Full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have run fewer than 20 test jobs on that pass. After either limit, no refund.

• ·Within 14 days of the payment date, and
• ·fewer than 20 test jobs run on your account since you bought the pass. Every job counts, whether it passed, failed, or errored, and whether it ran one stage or all of them.

Both conditions have to hold. Twenty jobs is deliberately generous: it is far more than you need to see what Runtime Lab is, and far less than finishing a challenge. The free tier exists so you can try the product properly before paying at all — read and run the opening stages of any challenge, with the real tests, without spending anything.

• ·requests made more than 14 days after purchase, whatever the usage;
• ·accounts that have run 20 or more test jobs on the pass — at that point the pass has been used;
• ·partial refunds for time not used on a pass that's partway through, and refunds because a pass expired and you'd forgotten about it (nothing renews, so nothing was charged);
• ·accounts closed by us for breaching the acceptable use rules in the terms.

Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, with your Runtime Lab username. There is no form and no retention offer — we'll check the two conditions above and, if they hold, refund you. You do not have to explain why, though we always read it if you tell us.

We aim to reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, and typically take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank. Your pass ends when the refund is issued, and your account drops back to the free tier with your progress intact.

This policy is the floor, not the ceiling. If Runtime Lab was substantially unavailable during your pass, or a challenge you paid to reach turned out to be broken, tell us — we'll extend your pass or refund it, whatever fits, and the 14-day and 20-job limits are not the point in that conversation.

Nothing here reduces the refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law where you live. If your local rules give you more than this policy does, those rules win. This policy forms part of the terms of service; see the pricing page for what a pass includes.
